Attorney Craig generally charges $150.00 per hour when charging on an hourly basis. These arrangements will usually require a deposit of at least $1,000.00 to cover the hourly fees that accrue. Flat fee rates generally range between $300.00 and $10,000.00, depending on the circumstances and nature of the case. Sometimes Attorney Craig will agree to a fee contingent upon obtaining money for the client. Usually in these cases, though, Attorney Craig will still require the client to deposit some money to cover filing fees, etc.
